Laura Littlepage is a faculty member at the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs, as well as an associate faculty member at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and a senior researcher at the Indiana University Public Policy Institute. Littlepage, who previously co-investigated several national evaluations for the Points of Light Foundation, is currently co-investigator of a project comparing the utilization of social return on investment in Europe compared to the United States, as well as a project coordinating the Homeless Count in Indianapolis. On behalf of clients that include several state and city agencies, as well as nonprofits, Littlepage has designed and conducted evaluations and assessments of all stages of programs, from needs assessments and process evaluations to outcome evaluations.
Littlepage teaches Public Program Evaluation, Human Resources and Volunteer Management, and Leadership and Governance in a Global Society. She is the principal author of numerous publications and several journal articles and she has made national and international presentations. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
