For the past 15 years, Barbara Singer Cheng has worked with thousands of high-potential leaders around the globe at critical turning points in their careers. She has dedicated her career to developing leaders who remain focused on business priorities, anticipating the future, and removing obstacles. In honor of her work raising the standards of executive coaching, Cheng received the Global 2013 Executive Coaching Thought Leader of Distinction award from the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches. She is also known for her work in the evidence-based study of predictors of executive success, conducting research on global influence, and working with three of the five largest executive search firms responsible for placing a large majority of C-suite executives. Cheng and her team also collaborate with the International Executive MBA Council and many business schools around the world to help better prepare leaders for senior roles.
