Carol Mullaney is a Master Black Belt and the Director of Continuous Improvement at the University of Notre Dame since July 2011. Carol oversees the Office of Continuous Improvement and is responsible for designing, leading and fostering a culture that embraces continuous improvement and positive change to support Notre Dame's unique mission.
Prior to her roles at Notre Dame, Carol spent ten years directing process improvement programs and leading strategic/executive level transformation projects for the Fortune 500 Company, Pitney Bowes. She most recently served as the Director of Global Transformation, where she was responsible for leading large-scale, cross-unit process improvement projects.
Carol received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Theology from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
