Ginny Baxter brings over 32 years of experience as an interior designer, manager, leader and customer. This includes the design of places, decision making processes, site feasibility, space utilization and workplace effectiveness studies. She uses this insight to teach students how to identify and enable workplace influences and needs, and create solutions. An interior designer by vocation and by education, she has a BS in Interior Design and an MBA. She has taught at colleges and universities in education levels ranging from undergraduate to executive, and has presented to professional organizations across the nation. She is also a member of the Board of Visitors for the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has been interviewed by publications such as Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal.
