Dr. Theresa Ricke-Kiely oversees the Center for the Common Good at the University of St. Thomas in the Twin Cities. She partners with students, staff, faculty and the community on engaged learning and volunteerism. Prior to her work in Minnesota, she was faculty and an administrator at the University of Notre Dame where she held leadership positions including the executive director of the Kroc Institute and associate director of the Master of Nonprofit Administration program at the Mendoza College of Business.
Her research, teaching and passion are in the areas of organizational leadership and leadership development, which primarily focus on nonprofit, NGO, international and peace leadership models and theories. In addition to her work with undergraduate and graduate students, she continues to teach and consult for executives and professionals who wish to thrive in third sector.
Dr. Ricke-Kiely holds a BA from SUNY New Paltz, an MPA from Marist College and an EdD from the University of Sarasota.
